Warnfield Hewitt will provide an effective management service for both developers and purchasers, bringing cost effective management with the continuous high quality.
We will provide help and advice with the sales process, making sure you are confident that the development will be effectively managed to a high standard. We will work closely with developers ensuring that the management is implemented professionally and quickly.
We have a dedicated team of contractors on board with all major qualifications. Each site will be appointed a 'site manager' who can be contacted for any needs or issues you wish to raise.
Warnfield Hewitt will send introductory information packs on instruction to advise expenditure and will then prepare annual reports as requested. Warnfield Hewitt's Block Management service will be available from April 2008.
